I’m Chloe and I’m the person behind TeaKind. My own experiences of living with mental illness and being neurodivergent are what led me to start TeaKind. I’ve struggled with my mental health since I was a teenager and I Started TeaKind back in 2021 after going through a particularly tough time. Teakind started as a scrunchie business but I quickly realised that I could not find the resources I was looking for to support my mental health whilst I was on the waiting list for therapy so I decided to create my own and Teakind has grown from there to what it is today..

I love learning and I’ve found that understanding myself, the brain, how experiences shape how we think and feel, and how and why coping skills work has been the key to my own recovery, and something I love to share with others.

Struggling with your mental health can be the loneliest experience, but you are never alone and I hope that Teakind can provide you with a little bit of comfort and support when you may need it and help you to start building your own toolkit for tough times.
